If you wish to leave a bequest to Entertainment Assist, to reassure yourself that Entertainment Assist intends to continue reflecting your values, you may wish to provide your solicitor with the following:
I, (insert full name and address) give and bequeath to Entertainment Assist (HPC) Ltd, ABN 83 609 638 182, (the sum of [$xx]) OR (a complete description of the asset) for the general purposes of the charity’s work. I declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge for the Executor and/or Trustee. (Where a specific sum of money or specific asset is to be bequeathed)

I, (insert full name and address) give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated to Entertainment Assist (HPC) Ltd, ABN 83 609 638 182, for the general purposes of the charity’s work. I declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer shall be sufficient discharge for the Executor and/or Trustee. (Where the bequest relates to the residue of an estate).
